Made only in slow ripening seasons which are conducive to the preservation of natural acidity, our Cuvée Oberon is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). It has spent over 4 years sur lie developing texture and aromatic complexity. Finished in a Brut style with 5.8g/L sugar added at disgorgement.
