“Aromas of lemon, wildflowers and pear. Savoury overtones with a hint of toasty oak. A fine yet weighty palate with mineral acidity and persistent lemon and green apple flavours. The structure and acidity of the wine suggests pairing with a variety of cheeses or dishes where citrus is a key ingredient. Complexity builds with time in glass as it will with careful cellaring. Built to cellar and evolve for 10+ years. A great expression of the terroir of South-Gippsland.”
