2010 Pinot Rosé

“When red wine is too much and white wine is not enough, try a Rosé! This wine shows strong carbonic fruit characters (strawberries!) due to a short, cold-soak ‘on skins’. The sweet nose gives way to a more savoury and dry palate with a lick of tannin for added food-friendliness. Serve chilled on a warm evening with a plate of sushi/sashimi or with a summer BBQ.
