The Wines

Lithostylis specialises in cool-climate wines made from the noble grape varieties of Burgundy – Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both are supremely suited to the cool-maritime climate and deep, iron-rich soils of Leongatha. Elegant, savoury and textural, our wines are high in natural acidity and balanced by a moderate alcoholic strength.
